iCade support not working in new jailbreak iOS6 #226

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Download new jailbreak for ios6.0
2.Start a game (any in iMame) and try to activate the icade
3.None of the buttons work after trying options-->options 

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No buttons are working on the icade

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Original icade, imame4all iOS 1.1

Please provide any additional information below.

Any help would be appreciated!
