Give option to filter out categories #281

At the moment we can change the filter setting to show games of a particular 
type (casino, driving, platform etc.), but it would also be useful to be able 
to filter OUT one or more types from the game list, for example I might want to 
show all games EXCEPT casino and mah-jong.
