On ghouls and ghosts if pressing COINS while bootstrapping will permanently 
crash the game.

Which version? Tried it with Ghouls'n Ghosts (World) but could not reproduce it

Ghouls and Ghosts (world): after SCROLL 2 on bootstrap imame crashes 
unexpectedly everytime and it worked flawlessly the first time I run. Tapping 
COIN when the screen is full of characters makes this issue.

Tested on iPad2 and iPhone 4s iOS 5. 

A bugged ROM? I don't think so. It worked.

Maybe a problem with the iPhone version? Could not reproduce it on Android
