Upgrade protagonist version #31

protagonist 0.17.1 is not being installed on latest node version (0.12.2) so I upgraded this dependency to their latest stable version

Shouldn't it be tested from Node v0.10?

Coverage remained the same at 100.0% when pulling af2ade951db5a001e49d335d6b3ec4f2ac1666a2 on rafaelmenta:master into 698898d405213a32842cef144ba8845ffcc59c5a on localmed:master.

Thanks for updating, and for working out the node dependency. Back when I wrote this protagonist was supporting back to v0.8!
