Access is Denied? #14

I am running Windows 7 (x64) on my laptop, and I am having issues with this
cbloader. I extracted the software (1.1.2) into the CharBuilderFull_p folder,
and when I run cbloader.exe, I get this error message:

Extracting combined.dnd40.main
Access to the path 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Wizards of the Coast\Character
Builder\CharBuilderFull_p\combined.dnd40.main' is denied.

What do I do?

I do have the most recent version of the CB before it was discontinued.

Thanks!

I have the same issue. Was working fine for a few days and I got the latest
CBLoader update today... and now it's not working.

A fix for this is ready, and will hopefully be pushed soon.

she doesnt run it as an administrator...

As venigma85 suggested. Running as administrator should work as a short-term
fix until I come up with a solution I like for this problem. I'd like to
improve the solution I mentioned earlier before pushing it out.

I apologize for not getting this fixed a while ago. I've been very busy and I'm
trying to work on an elegant solution to the problem. If I don't get that
going, I'll post the quick and dirty solution that was created some time ago.

I have finally pushed out a fix for this one in V1.1.3, this involved a
reasonably drastic change in how the loader worked. Which is why v1.1.3 is
still in beta. If I could get confirmation from a few other users that it is
stable, i'll take it out of beta.
