Content merged, but does not appear in CB

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start CBLoader
2. Custom files merged without error
3. New content does not appear in Character Builder

What is the expected output? What do you see instead? Expected to see 
"Half-Drow" as a selectable race, but I see nothing.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system? Using all 
the latest versions of everything on a Win7 Home Premium machine.

Please provide any additional information below.
I am a total noob when it comes to coding, but editing in Notebook++ seemed 
easy enough. I wanted to create a half-drow race, so I edited a copy of the 
half-elf information found in the combined.dnd40.main file. I changed all the 
appropriate racial traits, etc in a separate .part file. CBLoader merged the 
two files without error, but I still do not see half-drow among the race 
choices. Half-Elf is still there, and unaffected by the changes I made when 
creating the half-drow file. Why can't I see half-drow?

My apologies. I figured out the problem, and it's my mistake. I didn't add the 
<D20Rules> at the beginning and end. Did that, and now my content appears.
