Forgot to add.. Fully updated version of XP Pro, and have the latest patches
for the Character builder installed.

A quick update. I was playing with the loader over the weekend (created my
own .part file for our campaign) and the error went away. It only went away
after I created my own .part file.

Thanks.
Unfortunately, I don't have access to any computers with the issue to test it
on, so this'l just end up going into the archives for now.
One more thing I'd like to know: Can you download Notepad++
(http://notepad-plus-plus.org/), open your part, and tell me which encoding is
selected in the Encoding menu?

Yeah, I've got nothing. I'm gonna close this bug, and hope we can get some more
