Hybrid Cleric Utility powers are not selectable.

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1.Select "Hybrid Class".
2.Select "Hybrid Cleric" and another class, level the character up to level 2.
3.Proceed to Power selection, and try to select "Level 2 Utility power".

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Hybrid Cleric Utility Powers fail to show up in the power selection screen.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is a bug with the way Hybrid classes work, and exists even without 
CBLoader.

According to PH3, if you have move utility powers from one class than the 
other, you must choose from the class with less utility powers. 

IE: If you're a Fighter|Ranger, and take a Ranger level 2 utility power, your 
level 6 utility power must come from Fighter (You have 1 ranger, and 0 fighter).

In your case, You have a level 0 Cleric Utility power (Healing Word).  

Jeff might be able to disable it, but don't count on it.

I know, that the Hybrid Class will force you to pick the opposite classes' 
powers, but i didnt realize that Healing word counted towards that. thank you 
for clarifying that.
