"Installation Problem" CB doesn't open. #54

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install all parts from latest "WOTC Everything" file.
2. Run CBloader, and merges the parts.
3. Character Builder logo shows as if program is opening, but error pop-up 
appears.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
"Installation Problem

Click "Okay" and pop-up goes away, and so does CB logo graphic. CB never opens.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
v1.1.6 on Windows 7 32-bit

Installing latest WOTC Everything from 3/22 fixed it for me.

This was from a faulty part.  Get the latest version of each part file you use.
