What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Install the WotC offline CharacterBuilder to your suggested location, ensure
it has the october update and is fully functional.
2.Download CBLoaderV1.1.6.zip to the suggested location(C:\Program Files
(x86)\Wizards of the Coast\Character Builder\CharBuilderFull_p) and unzip it.
3.Run the shortcut to CBLoader.exe

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I Expect it to run.

Instead it brings up the command window for a little bit and then gives me the
following error:

5/19/2011 6:22:54 PM - ERROR:
Inner Exception: Unexpected end of file while parsing Name has occurred. Line
355421, position 42.

5/19/2011 6:22:54 PM - INFO: Errors Encountered While Loading. Would you like
to open the log file? (y/n)

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

The most recent CBLoader(V1.1.6) is being run on Windows XP, Home Edition, SP3.

Please provide any additional information below.

And just realized that I messed up the one-line discription of 'Failure to
start.' Ah well.

It looks like your main part didn't fully extract.

Check you have enough disk space, delete the %appdata%\CBLoader folder, and try
again.
