Genasi not receiving innate strength bonus. #67

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Selecting Genasi as desired race
2. Opening statistic allocation page
3. The innate stats are 12 for Int, +2 from 10 base.  Strength is still only 8, 
ignoring the +2 from the Genasi racial bonus.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
See above.  The stat sheet doesn't receive the +2 to strength from choosing 
Genasi as a race.  The Goliaths receive the +2 strength, as do races that must 
choose from three stats.  It appears only Genasi get screwed over by this.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Windows XP, SP3.
Using version 1.2.3.0 of CBLoader and version 31 of CharBuilder.  Updated using 
DcUpdate to newest version.

Please provide any additional information below.

That's all.  I can get around the situation easily by just adding the 2 points 
and rendering the character houseruled.  Just thought I'd report this for 
future potential correction.

It appears to be working for me.  Update everything and you should be fine.
