Adding a dark mode/reading mode #39

I think the website looks, it just needs to have a dark mode or a reading mode, or even both in order for the reading experience to be pleasant. I could see if I can implement it myself.

Thanks for the thought – I was going to suggest submitting this as a feature request in the Minimal Mistakes Jekyll theme repository but it looks like there is some past discussion on this feature and it hasn't been accepted into the main theme: https://github.com/mmistakes/minimal-mistakes/discussions/2033 If you wanted to make a pull request with a tweak to the CSS to make this possible that would be welcome but I can't say it is a priority.
