Header menu does not link to published content #5

The menu should include direct links or some navigation pages that link to the existing published content/tools including:

Background study
Trello board
Timeline
Contributor Guidelines (unpublished)
Related Resources including the Reading List, syllabus directory (in a Google Sheet), and the publication list (in a Google Sheet)

I updated the Learn page with links to the various repositories and resources (mostly Google Sheets) that I have set up so far. I do need to spend a bit more time working on the navigation and structure for the site but that may involve more than just changes to the menu.
