Modified footer to be translatable, add icon & more #28

I've added and modified a few of things. 1- Make footer texts and buttons that can't be translated before, now are translatable. I've done Khmer (My native language) and English. For other langs are waiting for their native authors to complete it. 2- Modified some previous translations for Khmer language. 3- Modified store's badge (Google Play Store, F-Droid and Amazon) by replacing the old PNG badge to all SVG badge to make it more professional and quality. Furthermore, I also made the margin of the badge more clean and organized. 4- Add some icons to footer button and in community. Also, I've added a new Khmer discussion community button and I've edited its link only route to overall discussion due to unavailable at this time. I would like to request @Tienisto to create a new Khmer discussion if you don't mind.

Thank you for this PR. Unfortunately, there is not a large Khmer community yet to add a separate discussion channel.
