[ ] Setup credentials for CircleCI
[ ] Run entire test suite against localstack-ext
[ ] Create config for CircleCI to potentially run multiple test jobs (build may otherwise take more than 5 hours)

Closing the issue as this issue is no more applicable on the latest version of the repo.
