Dynamic Places - Pull from Google Maps based on Current Location #15

It would be cool to somehow supplement the list of places with dynamic restaurants pulled from google maps api. Dynamic restaurants could be "pinned" so that they show up in the list of places.

this could be implemented as a list of suggestions based on your location.
