Deployment question (heroku or...?) #114

Kudos - This is an amazing product/project, but using the localtunnel.me is a big pain because I always get random domains, which makes development difficult! :(

I'm trying to run the Heroku version. However, I get an error "No app.json located in the repo URL provided" (But there is an app.json!)

Does anyone have any good tips to get this running easily, either on heroku... or is there a better option?

It's not possible to run localtunnel on Heroku, see https://github.com/localtunnel/server/issues/88
