PostCSS support #4

I'm not sure what autoprefixer looked like when this transformer was written but nowadays there doesn't seem to be an "autoprefixer executable". Instead it's run using PostCSS.

Unless I'm missing something, PostCSS support would have to be added for this transformer to work nowadays.

@moomoohk there is now a postscss package that works well
