Landcover zip packages have been moved to a new directory.

Thanks for this PR! I'm having some trouble downloading the zip now, though. I get zsh: no matches found: https://s3-us-west-2.amazonaws.com/prd-tnm/StagedProducts/NLCD/data/2011/landcover/states/NLCD2011_LC_Pennsylvania.zip?ORIG=513_SBDD when I try running the first command.

Looks like that may be a problem with curl/zsh (https://github.com/robbyrussell/oh-my-zsh/issues/31). I've quoted the request to fix.
