add a section in the docs FAQ about working with vector data #2461

People have asked about vector support enough times to suggest this could be something useful for an FAQ.

Would be good to point to a demo, perhaps the state wide california use case that @jamesmcclain is writing. And point to support for geomesa and geowave integration.
