Backport Cylindrical Equal Area Projection fix #8

Backport this GeoTrellis PR: https://github.com/locationtech/geotrellis/pull/2403 It fixes all CEA projection tests and makes it work as it was designed.

This issue is probably mostly a reminder for me.
