Add locale 'bg' #71

Please, add Bulgarian locale 'bg' in nfLocalesLikeFR array.

I done this on my copy ver.1.2.3

var nfLocalesLikeFR = [ 'bg','cz','fi','fr','ru','se','pl' ];
