[Feature Request] Add Versionsnumber in the App #11

Could you add the Versionsnumber in the App. Or better make a About screen with:

Hmmm, I've heard some stories about Google play removing apps that have had references to alternative payment methods like donations so I don't think I should do this. Version number, for sure, but why though? You can check it through the android OS itself 🤔

Its easier to check the version number if I have the app open, and perhaps if I have the GitHub Version installed, I could click to go direct to the GitHub Release site.
