Inserting new sys_file_reference in the backend is broken #100

The sent UID may look like NEW64ae7… and thus isn't a valid integer. Method \HDNET\Focuspoint\EventListener\ModifyFileReferenceControlsEventListener::isValidRecord() requires the second argument to be int.
