update to tns 5
update android cast libs
remove CastButton interface circular dependency in cast.common

It has been compared against the ns5 branch, but application.run seems to break the action bar. Tested on Android and iOS, same behaviour as current master.

EDIT: application.run now working, a topmost Frame is needed

Brilliant, thanks. I won't be able to test on iOS until next week, but as soon as I do I'll merge and release.
