ci: Implement coverage tests #337

and upload the results to codecov.io, which is free for opensource projects.

This would be my approach to resolve #336.

codecov.io appears to be a powerful evaluator of coverage data and is well integrated into GitHubs flow. Configuring it to our needs should be easy.
