Improve ggplot2 theme #6

when Dana's work gets added to ggplot2 cf https://www.danaseidel.com/MeetUpSlides#sneak-peek-themeable-aesthetics

Then we can set default colour and fill to LD's colours.

Other idea, from @stephlocke : "i wouldn't mind doing something like titles under 80chars using contrail one (all other labs being roboto)"
