It seems that sales have already been monitored and that some people are already registered. But I cannot edit these already sold tickets. They are all free tickets so I cannot issue a refund (but it is as if tickets were not editable: when I click on "show" I just have a blank page). I don't see a tool to send emails to registered people but you can easily export the email list into CSV format so this is not really an issue (it can be done manually easily).
I can only edit a ticket before it is paid for. I can't refund or edit once it has been brought. I can't email directly but i can get their details in CSV to email them so I don't see that a big issue really.
