Monitor sales
Modify a registration e.g. issue a refund

I can monitor sales. I can modify a registration (add a description, name, email, and a couple of other bits) But I can't see where to refund a ticket. I can send an email to attendees.

I can probably monitor sales. I have maybe made a refund (but I'm not sure: the way things are organized is very hard to understand for me: I don't understand the logic). I don't really see how « attendees » and « registered people » (who are listed in sales) are connected. So I can send an email to them but I am not sure that I am able to send a collective emails to all attendees or to all registered people, which is a limit. Overall, the organization of the website is very hard to understand and overly sophisticated.
