I can submit a talk, i can then either view, edit, or delete the prosal. I can edit the talk. I can see on the upper right a section to view the status of the talk. The options are as follows Proposal> Confirmed> Announced> Published> Refused> Cancelled

@Amymcdougall can you provide steps to submit a talk etc for @tvedebrink to follow?

I still can't figure out how to submit talks - I think I'm in admin mode when logged in? But can't do anything like commenting, rating or schedule the talks if that was indented.
