Once the events (actually an event = a talk or a session) have been defined and accepted it is easy to arrange them into a program. The main difficulty seems to be that I think we cannot really put session and talks into the program: you can define a session, in the "abstract" of the session write the details about the different talks or if you define the event at a talk level you won't be able to arrange them into sessions.
