Make it possible to choose between travis.org and travis.com #110

Besides I think currently the Travis set up will fail if the repo is private.

In theory, no choice should be made by the user I think? i.e. if the repo is private, .com, .org otherwise?

It's more complicated, but I'm not sure it's good to have a further switch so hopefully we can make a good choice for the user at least by default.
