packrat / Travis #118

@stephlocke I'd need your packrat expertise. The Travis build for an analysis project fails because of packrat https://travis-ci.org/maelle/test2.lockedata.starters/jobs/488386641#L1660 it says the file doesn't exist but it seems to exist? What should I know to make Travis builds work for projects with packrat?

packrat is no longer supported by starters.
