translate zweatherfeed to display texts in French #3

easy translation for some texts, direclty edit file to modify displayed texts other text are more dificults to translate (day name (wfi[i].day), or weather description (feed.item.condition.text and wfi[i].text)

Hi, just to inform you that i started the work to make zweatherfeed have translation option, don't know yet how they want to get my work, but you can follow there : http://forum.zazar.net/forum_posts.asp?TID=1521&title=zweatherfeed-with-localization

If they don't answer, i will publish it.
