for the locomotive_cms:v2.4.1 bumping compass-rails to 1.1.3 breaks css #138

compass/css3/transform-legacy became compass/css3/transform in 1.1.3 so this line will break.

Rather than downgrade, can explicitly define compass version per Issue #139

thanks! However, the update to LocomotiveCMS v2.5.5 fixed that problem :-)
