Add the go:title, og:description, og:image elements to each site/page/content_entry, the same way we manage seo_title, meta_description et meta_keywords.

I've started working on this, pretty simple to follow the pattern of what seo_title, meta_description, etc. do. Should this be it's own thing or should it be lumped under SEO? i.e. should there be a separate Open Graph settings panel for pages or should it be under SEO?
