Update Compass and SASS Gem #20

Would it be possible to update:

The Compass version to 12.2
The Sass version to 3.2.12 or 3.3.0.rc.2

hi @nielsenramon, you can use the last version of compass in Wagon, just force the version of Compass in the Gemfile of you Wagon site. However, for Sass, I will wait for the stable version if you don't mind. Thanks!
