Rename breakpoints to have more consistency with all size names.

Impact on grid component and spacing utility.

Grid with breakpoint condition will be <div class="o-grid -col-12@from-md"></div> <div class="o-grid_item u-gc-1/4@from-lg"></div>

Spacing with breakpoint condition will be <div class="u-padding-top-sm@from-md"></div>
