Horizontal Infinite scroll in both X & -X direction. #301

Is it possible to make a horizontal infinite scroll using the locomotive scroll? The scroll will never end. All the content of the site will repeat again & again like this site https://canals-amsterdam.nl/

It will be a great help if someone can provide me a solution. Lots of thanks in advance!
