data-scroll-delay for v5 #539

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. The data-scroll-delay attribute is not available in Locomotive-scroll v5.

Describe the solution you'd like Added support for the data-scroll-delay attribute.

I'll try to open a PR to fix this based on v4's code.
