University/Organisation cannot be changed in keycloak user self-service.

I think this is not on purpose, as users might change institution. This could also help with #1299

I first thought the field would show up for a non-default user I registered manually, instead of testuser, but even there the university field doesn't show up.

Not specifically on purpose, but something I was aware of and thought was probably post MVP

I suspect it will need a new theme for the account console at minimum
