Use "processing" instead of "preprocessing"

The refactoring makes me think again about the naming discussion we had, and "pre"-processing seems less appropriate if we're going to re-pre-process :)

While doing the refactor, I was thinking it might be good to give a more specific name than just "processing" - as we have various kinds of processors:

• silo preprocessing
• config processing
• sequence processing pipeline

Who knows, maybe there will be more. Maybe we should call the preprocessing dataprocessing? instead of just processing? this would make future refactors easier
