We need to register Pathoplexus for ENA - xref #2484

See for details: https://www.ebi.ac.uk/ena/browser/xref - this needs to be done via an email. Then users can find their projects in ENA and vice-versa.

Update from Cornelius: We will probably register as PATHOPLEXUS? We won't register as loculus.

At the moment projects are unique for groupId and organism, so I am linking to the group accession we need to maybe add a unique identifier link GR in front of the ID to make it clear that this is a group id => I created a new issue for this: https://github.com/loculus-project/loculus/issues/2485
