Rename "ENA submission" to "ENA Deposition" #2811

It would be nice if we used a different verb for what Loculus does to ENA (deposit) than for what users to do Loculus (submit) - purely for disambiguation. We can do this after merging the big deposition PRs, to avoid merge conflicts.
