Decent DWB tuned profile for differential drive robots? #94

Can you provide a set of weights for the critics that give decent results? There are no configuration files in the DWB package to know what a set of reasonable values are for a good out-of-box behavior

@DLu is this something you'd be open to helping out with Nav2 on? We could really use a steady hand to get better default behavior form DWB for Nav2 users.
