fix(android): `FlatList` with `TextInput` resize bug

Window SOFT_INPUT_ADJUST_RESIZE doesn't play well with FlatList with a TextInput.

• Added keyboardMode prop to mitigate bug when using FlatList with a TextInput
• Fixes #41
