unrestrained block destroy allowed in survival. #10

Describe the Suggestion

placing blocks is restricted by the number of the blocks in the inventory in survival, but destroying blocks is not disturbed by anything in survival mode, which is overpowered function for survival mode. (durability of tools will be drained if you holding it when destroying something, successfully destroying everything in the designated area)

so, here's my suggestion: why don't you add server side option to whether allow players to destroy blocks with this mod? if there's any other way to prohibit players from destroying blocks with this mod, leave a comment. thank you.
