Implement tests working with JSON Test Suite: http://www.json.org/JSON_checker/test.zip

It's not possible to meet all JSON checker tests due to number of differences:

ngrest json parser uses relaxed parsing model and ignores any junk at end of JSON
ngrest json parser does not have limitation for 20 levels of recrusion
ngrest json parser does not validate numbers at all, it's validated on deserialization phase (for performance reason)
