Add smearing option to "predict" #125

one step of the LBA imaging pipeline is imaging sources in the first side-lobe to subtract them. I recently realized that the predict step of DP3 is predicting the wrong model for those sources as they are heavily smeared in the long baselines. It would be nice to have an option like smearing=True for the predict step that calculates the smearing and reduces the amplitude of the predicted source accordingly.
