Which concordance-index is being used? #68

Hi, I couldn't find in the documentation which concordance-index is being used while calling .metrics.

I guess it's Uno or Harel version of the c-index, right?

Hey @uriahf !

We based our implementation on this paper: https://arxiv.org/pdf/1811.11347.pdf.

Doing a quick search I think (not 100% sure though) it's the Harell version. I don't think we try to correct censoring biases.
